All You Need To Know

Which payment methods do you accept?

All of our payments are processed through ACH transfer. After you receive your first invoice, you will input bank information that will be saved securely and used for each monthly withdrawal.

Can I pay for a rental for my grandchild, sister, niece, etc?

Absolutely. Once everything is confirmed, we'll get in contact with the recipient and set up a pick-up time.

We broke a string! What happens next?

Reach out to Emily at 213-241-9237 (text for the quickest response). We'll set up a time to meet and swap it out quickly. Don't worry, you'll be back up and running quickly!
